Chrome on Windows 10

Right-clicking on an image with a link gives the 2 options to "save image" and "save page". Since there is a link and "save page" is the exact wording you would see on a link, one would think that would save the page at the other end of the link. It doesn't. It saves the image. This has happened multiple times.
