It shoudn't be so, title (and tags too) shoud be shown always (if user didn't choose to hide them in options)

Yes, this choice puzzles me too - the logical order to me would be title, then tags on a new line.

i agree - this change has really effected how i use the service. i have to always use list view now, which is a shame.
