Allow for the same options to change the click behavior in the Safari extension.

This would allow us to open a link in the same tab or ⌘+click to open in a new tab.

Additional nice to have feature: ability to keep the Raindrop extension open so we can ⌘+click multiple links without the raindrop extension closing after each click.
