Have descriptions be shown more prominently

Right now the description part of a bookmark in the list view is pretty sucky. The more tags you have, the less of the description you see.
I suggest to have the description be shown in full (toggleable?) below the list of tags so that
everything
is visible. All tags, whole description, and full title.Trinsec Trua
I would disagree that this is complete. You can't see the /whole/ description if it's more than one line long. The same counts for tags.
