When collaborating, share tags in collection (use tags from collection itself)

When collaborators want to add something to my collection, they don't get to see the suggested tags that I used in the collection. Use collaboration tags (example different color) when sharing a collection.

Tag auto-fill doesn't happen in shared view

If someone opens your shared link to your bookmarks, the search bar does not show tag suggestions when you start typing as it does in edit mode. This makes browsing and filtering a lot harder for people using a shared link.
