I had to reinstall Windows out of necessity.

I was in into my sam2tko@gmail.com account prior to formatting Windows, and I was able to successfully backup my bookmarks—just over 33,000 of them. I then installed the program from the official Microsoft website; logging in, I find out that there is little over 25,000 bookmarks; I import the.html file and the result is an incomprehensible amount of folders (4'098 vs. 3'458) that differ from the.csv file, and the same number of bookmarks that differ from the state prior to the backup, namely 29'979 bookmarks (more than 3'000 missing bookmarks?).

Can u solve?
