Moving collections in the android app does not work

If I want to sort collections e.g. by alphabet, the drag&drop crashes umpteen times.
If it doesn't crash then the selection doesn't work. Example:
Collection B
Collection C
Collection A
When I want to move "Collection A" to the top, the Android app selects "Collection C" for moving, even though I select A with the stylus.

Also in the web app with firefox, Chrome, Edge, Brave I can't move the collections...
