Add Raindrop.io app to macOS share menu

When Raindrop.io is available in the macOS share menu, it'll become easier to add different items to Raindrop.io.
I know there's the Safari extension, but that's just for web-links.

I realize that the most common use case is saving something to Raindrop from the web browser. But most of us also spend a lot of time navigating social media from dedicated apps. For myself, this used to be primarily Twitter, and now it's mostly Mastodon and Reddit.
The friction required to copy a link, paste it into a browser, and then save it to Raindrop from there means that 99% of the time I will not bother, which means Raindrop is growing increasingly useless for me without this basic feature.
I would love to see some feedback from the developer as to why this essential feature has not been added yet after being repeatedly requested for years. I think this should be a standard option on ALL Mac apps. It's been 8 YEARS and we're still waiting.
Is there some technical reason why this is difficult to implement?

Hi,
I found raindrop can't integrate to native share menu in macOS too, maybe you guys need add sharing support like omnivore do?
I use raindrop for a while and also tried omnivore, but the beautiful interface of raindrop kept me using it.
Please, I really need this feature because I can't share to raindrop directly from reeder, which is a big part in my workflow.

Current workaround:
Pocket's app in macOS supports sharesheet.
I hooked up Pocket and Raindrop in IFTTT so that whatever I saved to Pocket is sent to Raindrop.
So now I can just click Pocket in macOS' sharesheet and it will seamlessly show up in Raindrop.

Having this would enable me to save to Raindrop from my RSS feed reader, Reeder.

It's a huge omission and the workarounds (add a call to a URL) aren't easy to implement as more and more apps rely exclusively on the share sheet. So, lets get it back in the sheet!

Please please do this already. It just... makes no sense why it isn't there. I use this ALL the time on my iPhone. One of my favorite uses for Raindrop is to save pages to apps that seem cool that I'm considering buying. Obviously, the App Store is where I often browse. So save an app, I have to copy the url, paste it into Chrome, then use the extension. It's not too much trouble... but it's just like why? Especially when basically every other app seems to have that option. While Raindrop--the only app I actually ever want to save stuff too--doesn't.

This is a no-brainer IMO. Would love to see this added.

The app already had a MacOS OS-level share functionalty, but it vanished somehow mid 2021. There is already an open bug-report:

Sebastian Kroll: I thought I was going crazy thinking this feature used to exist before vanishing without an explanation. This is a huge regression and it should be treated as such rather than relegated to the feature request list.
