Yes. I need a "Mark as Read" to be able to replace a Read-Later app. For example, I want to save a bunch of articles to read and videos to watch, and I don't want to entirely delete them from my account, but do like to look back on them.

Ideally it would just be a "Done" checkmark on items, and you can toggle at the top of the page in each collection whether you want it to display ALL Items (Including Archived), or ONLY Unarchived Items – with a user-configurable default.

Currently, the only workarounds available (adding a tag when unread/read, marking things as favorites/unfavorite when unread/read, or having "To-Do" & "Done" sub-collections underneath every single category are all terrible solutions.

I understand that Raindrop is not a task manager app and I don't want it to be one. But it can replace all Read Later apps with this solution.

PLEASE implement this ASAP!

I’m being a bit of a broken record, but depending on how a user uses and organizes their library of links, this use case could potentially be fulfilled by the requested “Smart Collections” feature discussed here: https://raindropio.canny.io/feature-requests/p/smart-collectionsaved-search

A user could simply tag links as either #read-later or #read-done and then have corresponding “Smart Collections” i.e. persistent searches. This would also allow the end user a greater level of organizational flexibility.
