Gif url support for thumbnails

When bookmarking links to GIF files, it would be nice for those linked GIFs to thumbnails to play the GIF. This functionality is supported for GIF file uploads but not urls.

gfycat unfortunately can't be saved as animated gif. They page meta tags only contains JPG preview
