This layout should be implemented in such a way that neither pane obscures any portion of the other, ensuring all information is readily accessible to the user.

Mouse Hovering Hint Functionality for Folder Pane: Given the reduced total width that may result from the above adjustments, I recommend the integration of a mouse-hovering hint feature within the folder pane. This functionality should display the full name of folders upon hover, providing users with complete information without the need for additional clicking or navigation.

Perhaps maybe a changable style function. Option to change font style and font size for link and description. Would allow a lot of different combinations.
