Yes, but please don't limit to google.. just offer up search access to the browser (off by default) so one can search Raindrop from the URL bar/search bar. Many people choose to use a variety of alternative search engines, not just Google, for good reason.

This instead should be perhaps an extra extension that allows all browser’s omnibars to search for raindrop bookmarks no matter what search engine one uses (eg google, ddg, brave)

I transferred from Diigo to Raindrop.io - This feature I miss from Diigo

I wish it's like the memex implementation - raindrop search result inside google/duckduckgo etc result page...
